A
king wanted to know the answers to his three questions. He thought if he found
their answers, he would find the secret of success. He also announced a reward
of 5,000 gold coins for the person who gave their correct answers. Serveral
people came to give the answers, but the king was not satisfied. He went to
meet a saint who lived in the jungle. The king was sure to find the correct
answers from him as the saint was very wise. The king dressed himself in rags
as the sait did not mix with the rich. The king asked him his questions. The
saint did not reply. The king spent the whole day with the saint. A wounded and
bearded man came there and collapsed. The king dressed his wounds. That man was
his enemy who who now became his faithful servant. The saint now told him the
answers. The most important time is the present. The most important work is
what we are doing now. The most important person is the one whom we are with at
the moment.
